We’re Still Working (From Home)!

Hello Friends,

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, there has been a ton of news about the real estate industry, and things are changing daily. We thought it would be helpful to relay some essential information and update you on how we’re currently working.

We want to start off by saying that we are still working! Current orders from the Governor’s office have restricted what we can do, but we are still working around the clock to be a resource for you and any buyers and sellers who need to move during this time. We are conducting a majority of our work from home, and taking all precautions to keep our community safe, while still helping our clients meet their goals. Even if you’re not planning to move just yet, we’re still here as a resource to help process any news you’re hearing.

The Governor has enacted guidelines to allow real estate transactions to occur while the state is still in “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” mode. We are fully prepared to follow these guidelines in order to make business happen, and we are open to discuss how these guidelines might create a different type of real estate transaction than you might be used to. We believe that business will continue to flow during this period, and we have even seen several homes go into contract within the past week. If you have any plans or even just questions, we will be working in our home offices, ready to answer!

With our knowledge about the current market, we are confident that we will find our way back to typical spring market activity as soon as the health crisis subsides. That is why we are preparing our clients now, so they are prepared to make the right move at the most opportune time.
